After losing her job as a retail manager, Sarah found herself unable to pay rent or provide for her children. With no family support and a mounting sense of hopelessness, she turned to us for help.
Through our Job Readiness Program, Sarah received not only job search assistance but also confidence-building coaching. We helped her with interview preparation, resume building, and even connected her with local businesses looking for skilled workers. Through our food assistance and childcare support, Sarah was able to focus on rebuilding her career without the stress of immediate survival.
Today, Sarah has a stable job, a renewed sense of purpose, and a plan for her future. More importantly, she has confidence in herself and her ability to overcome life’s challenges. She now volunteers with us to mentor other women who are facing similar struggles.
